Sessions

Integrative somatic sessions supporting nervous system regulation, embodiment, and deeper self-understanding.

Whether you’re just beginning or ready for deeper support, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

You can start with a single session or choose a multi-session container for more consistent, supported work over time.

A Grounded Approach

These sessions are not about fixing you or giving you something to perform.

They are a space to slow down, connect with your body, and begin understanding your patterns in real time.

We work with your nervous system, your responses, and your internal experience—at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Single Session (60 minutes)

A one-time session to begin exploring your nervous system, your patterns, and your internal experience.

This is a great place to start if you’re new to this work or want to experience it before committing to a container.

3-Session Container

A short-term container designed to support awareness, connection, and initial shifts over time.

These sessions allow us to move beyond a single experience and begin working with patterns in a more grounded, supported way.

6-Session Container

A deeper container for those who want consistent support and space for meaningful integration.

With more time together, we’re able to build awareness, safety, and lasting change—layer by layer.

Group Sessions

A guided group experience where you’ll explore nervous system regulation, embodiment, and self-awareness alongside others.

This container offers both personal insight and the benefit of co-regulation within a shared, supportive space.

Sessions are held bi-weekly to allow time for integration between each one.

Not Sure Where to Start?

• Start with a single session if you want to experience this work first
• Choose 3 sessions if you want initial support and guidance
• Choose 6 sessions if you’re ready for deeper, ongoing work
• Join a group container if you’re drawn to shared support and connection

There’s no wrong place to begin—you can start where you feel most comfortable.

Begin Where You Are

Whether you start with one session or a longer container, you’re giving yourself space to slow down, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your body.
