PERSONALIZED SUPPORT
Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what to do. It's doing it when you're overwhelmed, unsure, afraid, stuck, or simply wishing you didn't have to do it alone.
Personalized Support is a calm, judgment-free space where you can bring whatever feels difficult and have someone beside you while you move through it.
That might mean making the phone call you've been avoiding, completing an overwhelming application, preparing for a difficult conversation, taking a step toward something you want, working through something that has you feeling stuck—or simply having someone steady beside you while you figure out what comes next.
You can do hard things. You don't have to do them alone.
THERE IS NO “RIGHT” REASON TO REACH OUT
You don't need to know what kind of support you need before you reach out. Start with what you're trying to do, move through, begin, or figure out.
Personalized Support might look like having someone beside you while you:
Make a phone call you've been avoiding
Complete paperwork, an application, or another overwhelming task
Prepare for or move through a difficult conversation
Take the first step toward something you've been wanting to do
Sort through a decision when everything feels tangled
Work through fear, overwhelm, or uncertainty around something you need to face
Explore something personal, emotional, intuitive, or spiritual that's been coming up for you
Simply have a steady person beside you while you figure out what comes next
You don't have to fit what you're experiencing into a category.
Start with: “This is the thing that feels hard.”
A SHARED FOUNDATION
Personalized Support is collaborative. You bring your lived experience, needs, beliefs, boundaries, and inner knowing. I bring a calm presence and the tools that may help us make whatever is in front of you feel more manageable.
Depending on what you bring, our time together might include practical support, nervous system awareness, somatic practices, emotional processing, reflection, or intuitive and spiritual exploration. Nothing is imposed, and you never need to use a particular approach.
YOUR AGENCY REMAINS CENTRAL
WE HONOR YOUR PACE
SUPPORT, NOT DIRECTION
CAPACITY OVER COMPLETION
ACCESSIBLE BY DESIGN
Personalized Support is offered on a community-supported, pay-what-you-can basis because I want this space to remain accessible when having someone beside you could make a meaningful difference.
There is a suggested contribution of $44 per session, but you are welcome to contribute more, less, or nothing at all.
$0 is an option. There is no reduced version of the support you receive based on what you contribute.
Your contribution simply helps make it possible for me to continue offering this support to others, too.
Sessions are arranged personally based on what you're seeking and our mutual availability. We'll determine together what kind of support and amount of time make sense for what you're bringing.
A SIMPLE BEGINNING
You don't need to know exactly what kind of support you need. The application simply gives me a little context about what feels hard right now and what having someone beside you might help you do.
Start with the Personalized Support application. Tell me what you're trying to do, move through, begin, or figure out—and what feels difficult about doing it alone.
I'll review what you've shared to make sure what you're seeking falls within the kind of support I can responsibly offer. You can generally expect to hear from me within 3–5 business days.
If it seems like I can support you, we'll talk about what would actually be helpful. You don't need to choose a modality or know whether you need nervous system support, somatic work, practical support, intuitive guidance, or anything else beforehand.
We'll find a time that works for both of us. You'll also receive any relevant agreement or consent information before we begin.
Your contribution is separate from whether you receive support. Personalized Support is pay-what-you-can, with a suggested contribution of $44—including the option to contribute $0.
Applying does not create an obligation to continue, and acceptance is not guaranteed. If I believe another form of support may be more appropriate for what you are seeking, I will communicate that with care and honesty.
Anything that feels difficult to move through alone and falls within the scope of support I can responsibly offer. Maybe you're avoiding a phone call, overwhelmed by paperwork, preparing for a difficult conversation, trying to make a decision, struggling to begin something, or simply wanting a steady person beside you while you work through what's in front of you.
You don't need to know what kind of support you need before reaching out. Start with what feels hard.
It depends on what you bring.
Sometimes I may simply stay with you while you complete the thing you've been struggling to do alone. Other times we might slow down, talk something through, break an overwhelming task into manageable steps, prepare for something difficult, or explore what seems to be keeping you stuck.
When helpful, I may also draw from nervous system awareness, somatic practices, emotional processing, reflection, or intuitive and spiritual exploration.
You remain in charge throughout our time together.
No. Personalized Support is nonclinical and is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, crisis intervention, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
I don't diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions. My role is to provide compassionate presence, practical support, reflection, education, and other nonclinical tools within my scope.
Personalized Support is community-supported and pay-what-you-can.
The suggested contribution is $44 per session, but you may contribute more, less, or $0. The amount you contribute does not change the care, attention, or support you receive.
Not at all.
Those are tools available to us—not requirements for working together. Nothing is imposed. If practical support and a calm person beside you are what would help, that's enough.
If spiritual, intuitive, somatic, or nervous-system exploration is meaningful to you, we can make room for that too.
I'll personally read what you've shared and consider whether what you're seeking falls within the support I can responsibly offer.
If it does, I'll contact you within approximately 3–5 business days so we can talk about what would be helpful and arrange a time together.
If your needs fall outside my scope, I'll let you know rather than offering support I'm not equipped to provide.
A GENTLE NOTE BEFORE YOU APPLY
Personalized Support is a nonclinical service centered on compassionate presence, practical support, reflection, education, and helping you move through things that feel difficult to do alone.
It is not therapy, counseling, medical or mental health treatment, crisis intervention, legal representation, or another licensed professional service. I don't diagnose, treat, prescribe, or make decisions on your behalf.
There may also be situations where what you're facing requires expertise or support outside my scope. If I recognize that, I'll be transparent with you rather than trying to support something I'm not qualified or equipped to hold.
Most importantly, you remain in charge of your choices, decisions, and actions. My role is to walk beside you—not to take over the path.
If that feels like the kind of support you're looking for, you're welcome to tell me what feels hard.
